2025 – 2026 Shellfish Licenses
Applications and a list of required documents for both residents and non-residents are able to pick up at the Roque Bluffs Town office during regular business hours.
Unlimited sale of Resident Commercial Shellfish Applications/Licenses will be Available Beginning Monday 5/18/2026 at the Roque Bluffs Town Office.
Licenses will only be valid from June 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2027.
There will be a lottery for Non-Resident Commercial Shellfish Licenses (10%). Applications for the lottery will be available starting Monday 4/13/2026. The last day Non-Resident Applications will be available & Due Date for returning NR Applications will be Monday 5/18/2026… by close of business … NO EXCEPTIONS!!
The lottery drawing will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday 5/26/2026 @ the Roque Bluffs Town Office. Applicants do not have to be present and will be notified by phone if/when they are eligible to purchase their licenses.
Resident license price: $150.00
Non-Resident license price: $300.00
